Meet Dr. Harit Chaturvedi

Dr. Harit K Chaturvedi serves as the Chairperson of Max Institute of Cancer Care, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise. Since joining Max Healthcare in 2009, he has dedicated himself to building one of the country’s largest and most distinguished oncology programs. Driven by a commitment to specialization, clinical excellence, research, and academic advancement, he has led his team of over a hundred oncologists to adopt the Disease Management Group (DMG) model, positioning Max Institute of Cancer Care (MICC) as a highly esteemed brand in the oncology domain.

Dr. Chaturvedi’s exceptional ability to nurture and develop young talent has earned him recognition as a respected teacher and mentor. He has actively participated in live surgical workshops, showcased his work at national and international conferences, and contributed extensively to peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Chaturvedi has made significant contributions to national bodies such as the Indian Society of Oncology and the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, having served as President for both organizations. His visionary leadership was further evident on the national stage when he played a pivotal role in establishing the brand of the Indian Cancer Congress as its inaugural organizing secretary.
