About Dr. Udgeath Dhir

Dr. Udgeath has performed over 7500 cases during his eleven-year tenure. He received formal training in Rheumatic Mitral valve repair under Dr. Taweseeak at Central Chest Institute, Bangkok, and recently completed training for TAVI. He has previously worked at Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre, New Delhi, and most recently served as Senior Consultant-CTVS at Medanta-The Medicity, Gurgaon.

Dr. Udgeath Dhir is a member of several prestigious associations, including the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS), European Association of Cardio Thoracic Surgeons (EACTS), and International Society of Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery (ISMICS). He has authored papers in leading journals and contributed chapters to cardiac surgery textbooks. Dr. Dhir was honored with the Best Paper Presentation at the International Coronary Congress.

His expertise covers a wide range of Adult Cardiac Surgery procedures, with particular focus on Total Arterial Bypass Surgery, Minimally Invasive Valvular, Coronary & Congenital heart Surgery, Heart Failure Surgery, Ventricular Assist Devices, and Cardiac Transplant, as well as Arrhythmia Surgery.
